What affects the price of an estate cleanup
Every home is different, so we quote from photos or a walkthrough. Here's what shapes the cost.
- Volume of contents to sort, remove and dispose of
- Property type and size (house, condo, storage unit)
- Access: stairs, elevators, parking, loading distance
- How much can be donated or resold (which can lower your cost)
We never invent a price. You'll get a clear, written quote before any work begins.
Rates start at $90 per hour for a single crew member and truck, $115 per hour for two crew members, and $135 per hour for three. Disposal is $0.18 per pound, with no disposal fee for items donated or recycled. and resale value can offset your cost.
