When you're ready- Text us a few photos of each room, or we'll come walk through the home with you.
- Tell us your timeline and anything you'd like kept, donated or resold.
- No obligation, and you don't need to be there if you're out of town.
Get a clear written quote
After we review the photos- You receive a fixed, itemized quote with no hidden fees.
- We note any donation and resale credit that can lower your cost.
- You approve the quote in writing before any work begins.
We sort, donate, resell and recycle
On the scheduled day- We work room by room, setting aside anything you want kept.
- We donate and resell what we can, and recycle the rest responsibly.
- You get progress photos by text or email throughout the day.
You get a broom clean home
At the end of the cleanout- We sweep and tidy, leaving the home ready to list, hand over or move on from.
- You receive a donation summary for your records.
- We follow up to make sure everything met your expectations.
You don't have to be there
Many of our clients manage the estate from out of town. We coordinate by phone, text and email, and send progress photos throughout.
