What shapes the price
These are the main cost drivers behind an estate cleanup quote. We look at all of them together before giving you a number in writing.

Why we don't list prices
Posting a single price would be dishonest, because the same job can cost very different amounts depending on the home. Instead, we look at your photos or walk the property, then send an honest, itemized quote in writing.
Donations and resale can reduce what you pay, because proceeds are credited toward the cleanout. We always explain that in your quote.

Disposal
Disposal fees and donation credit
Only true disposal waste is charged by weight. Anything we can donate or recycle carries no disposal fee.

Disposal waste is charged at $0.18 per pound. Donation and recycling items have no disposal fee.

Surcharges
Item surcharges
A few items need special handling or disposal. These surcharges are added to your written quote only when they apply.

Resale credit
50% of the sale price back to you
50% of the sale price of resold items goes to the client. When a piece has resale value, we explain the expected price in your written quote before anything is sold, so there are no surprises.

- Complex jobs needing cleaning, sanitization, or specialized equipment are quoted on site.
Resale
Sell what has value, keep half
When we find items with resale value, we sell them through our resale network and you receive 50% of the sale price. We explain the expected price in your written quote before anything is sold, so there are no surprises.
